Member of the Department of Surgery of the Fundación Santa Fe University Hospital  and Director of the Reflux Clinic  and the Safe Airway Program in the same hospital.

He specilizes in Otorhinolaryngology, with  certified training in laryngology, surgery of the voice and surgery of the airway.

Co-Founder,  Former President and current General Secretary of the Latin American Association of Laryngology and Phonosurgery, Former President, and member of the Board of Directors of the  International Association of Phonosurgery, and member of important international societies in the area of Laryngology.

He is internationally known for his work in refining diagnostic tests for laryngeal problems, the development of surgical techniques to improve voice quality, as well as for the treatment of laryngotracheal stenosis by means of micro endoscopic reconstructive techniques, the precise management of Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis and Trans Oral Laser Surgery, as well as for his wide exprience  asi como por su amplia experiencia en el diagnostico y el trataproblemas relacionados con la enfermedad por reflujo.
